Accounting Lead

The Precision Aircraft Management Accounting Lead will support the CFO and Management Clients with financial information ensuring accurate and timely recording of operational expenses, maintaining data integrity in both the operational and accounting systems, and assist in the preparation of the monthly financial packages to the Management Clients.

• Trip Invoicing
• Contract Administration specific to the Management Clients/Trip Invoicing/Incentive Programs
• Account Reconciliations
• Aircraft fixed and operating costs invoicing.
• Monthly financial packages to Management Clients
• Be adept in and assist with all duties and responsibilities defined in the Accounting Associate position:
  • • Full trip/crew expenses management to include accurate accrual‐based cost accounting
    • Tracking and calculating fuel costs and other metrics
    • Administer cash reimbursements and manage petty cash control processes
    • Record prepaid charter invoices; assist in post-trip invoicing
    • Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• 3‐5 years’ experience in an accounting role required
• Formal education in accounting required
• High school diploma/GED required
• Industry‐specific experience preferred but not required
